For quite some time, I've been plagued by a dry/scratchy throat, mostly late at night. It's not unbearable but it is massively uncomfortable and not something I can just wait out and hope it goes away.
Usually a packet of lockets or something similar relieves it, but it's a cycle I'd like to break. Is it anxiety related or would it best to get it checked out?

I drink plenty of water. At least the recommended two litres a day.
