Extrem Fatigue and Sleep Paralysis

Hello,

I am experiencing sleep paralysis since 2 months, mostly during the day, 1-2 times a week. I have no idea what is causing this but its scary AF!!!
I also have extrem fatigue for 10 days probably. I want to sleep the whole day. My muscles are achy and i feel like i was beaten
I am afraid of Narcolepsy, Schizophrenia or some kind of cancer...
I am getting my wisdom tooth out, its painful.. I dont know if its related to my extrem fatigue and sleep paralysis

Hi, have you tried taking Valarian Root?

mike, I am not the original poster, but have fatigue and sometimes sleep paralysis. Do you recommend Valerian root, and why?
