Dizzy/floaty sensation

Hi, new to the forum. But does anyone else experience this as an anxiety/health anxiety symptom? I have terrible dizziness. Like dizziness and as if my surroundings aren't real? Hard to explain!! I hate it 😭

Hi Smurphette, yes it is a common symptom with anxiety - it's called depersonalisation.
