Have any of the fears you've posted about the last three years come true? That's your answer. No "yeah buts" or "what ifs"... just "No".
Positive thoughts
"Eat. Drink. Enjoy the work you do. Be thankful for the blessings God gives you in this life. Live, love and seek out the things that bring your heart joy. The rest is meaningless... Like chasing the wind." King Solomon

Our food processing is strict. Even during & post outbreak periods we've maintained great success in not allowing it into the food chain.
The subconscious is blurting out a potential risk but the executive brain, the conscious brain, chooses to discount it as nonsense or places validity on it. The issue here is the anxiety that comes with the thoughts and how we react negatively to them.
Try to see it as this and work on your feedback into the cycle.
