New symptom is Freaking me out

I have been experiencing this new symptom. It's hard to explain but it feels like the inside of my nose is cold. Sometimes it's one side sometimes both. I get relief by breathing into a tissue or into my hand to warm the air. It's scaring me.
Has this ever happened to anyone?
It comes and goes through out the day. But if I focus on it I feel tons of anxiety and I just want to go to bed because I am getting to the point where the days are hard to get through. I have had enough.
I do clench my teeth. Could this have to do with that?
    Thanks guys.
