Heart/Chest symptoms

Hi all,

My symptoms are as follows:
Constant chest ache
Constant raised heart rate and palpitations
Occasional heart pain
Occasional shortness of breath
Occasional numbness - even my heart sometimes feels numb
Occasional tingling
Waking up multiple times every night with racing heart

I have had blood tests, 4 ecgs and been checked over by my gp all in the past week. All results I’m told are normal but I still can’t shake the symptoms.

Does anyone else suffer with these symptoms that are purely just coming from anxiety and can they be explained? For example, could constant chest ache be caused by the fact I’m constantly tense?
