I am in bed all day and same at night.on large amount of medication.I have every anxiety +depression I've knowing.my wife advises me to take small steps I so weak being in bed house bound nearly 1year.so of the side of side effects which are not being able to go out not sleeping shortness of breath a choking feeling would all people ho are having same effects please email

Im not sure exactly what you mean but I guess the anxiety is spiking.
try to take some time out for yourself.
Maybe look at some mindfulnes/meditation.
