Esophageal cancer??

[Freaked]

Been getting dull aching in my chest on the right side. Now it hurts in that spot when I swallow, especially when my head is turned to the left. I'm only 22 but I've had pretty bad heartburn all my life. So I'm afraid I have a tumour that's gonna start bleeding at any moment. Or it's possible it's my costochondritis; it's also hurting to breathe and move, but I don't know if esophageal cancer pain does that too. Anyone else had swallowing pain with costo?

Sounds like like just some muscle tension somewhere to me try to stay positive I know its hard
