hate feeling dizzy and like crap all the time.. i`m only 19 what kind of a life is this.. not a good 1. going to the docs to get help tomorro i need to do it now

Try and keep busy today, it really helps being distracted. The more you worry and focus on the panic and anxiety, the more power and control it has over you.
