Advice Please

Hi, is it safe to take 3x 300mg omega 3 fish oil, 2x 300mg St Johns Wort and 1x vitimin B complex everyday as well as 3 x beta blockers (40mg each). I've taken beta blockers for 7 years now and never had a reaction with any other tablets before, but am wanting to go down the herbal path (slowly phase out the beta blockers). If I have to take Valium and other meds they tend to space me out too much which then I panic about. Any info would be grateful. FLOYD

i am on beta blockers and you shouldnt take st johns wort with them bad side effects the pharmacist told me today in fact -omega is fine its great for you also dont take kalms either some vits are fine but nothing with valerian in them

thanks for that info I'd better check with the chemist, as I've taken a lower dosage of SJW (180mg) with theses beta blockers for 18 months now with no side effects but am upping my dosage (300mg) to get me through is latest anxiety patch. cheers FLOYD
