Diarrhea, Nausea, can't eat due to nausea!

Hello anyone who is reading this. Just when i thought things were getting back on track, i wake up at about 5:00 AM with some lower stomach pain and head to the restroom to some diarrhea! I took some Pepto Bismol and it seemed to help, but the main problem is the freaking nausea! Which is keeping me from eating anything! I'm barely able to keep some Ensure nutrition down. Does this sound like a stomach bug?! I recently posted about having trouble swallowing solid foods, and i got it taken care of, AT THE MOMENT. I'm just worried about the diarrhea and Nausea!! I haven't thrown up at all, but i feel queasy as if i'm going to!

Any remedies for the Nausea would be MOST APPRECIATED!

I'm having similar issues at the moment. Finding anything with ginger works pretty good. Gingerale or ginger tea.

Well my nausea subsided a little, but thanks anyways! I'll surely try ginger for a next time!
