re-starting citalopram after a week break

I started taking citalopram for moderate anxiety and mild depression around 5 months ago. I have gone on a holiday and have unfortunately forgotten to take my medication with me.I have started to experience some mild withdrawal effects such as light head. When I restart my dosage again, do I need to start on a gradual dosage and work up to my normal one, or is it safe for me to start taking the full dosage again? I am on a 100 mg dosage and have had a 10 day break?

I couldn't advise on dosage, always speak to doctor is all I can say especially at such a high dose.
