Missed Meds

Good Evening


Last night I forgot to take my meds ( I take 20mgs of Lexapro) and once I realized I forgot I noticed my heart was like skipping a beat.
Could this really be happening from missing 1 dose or is it my mind messing with me.

hi terri very funny you should post this as i have woke this morning and relized i have done the same and for a few minutes i thought oh god i feel funny i feel dizzy,but then i thought no this is me thinking this my mind is taking over and ive decided to take my meds after breakfast where i normally take them at night,i wont take them tonight,then i will know there back in me,maybe you can do the same? its the mind that takes over with us as im sure one miss wouldnt really do anything,its the knowing we havnt took them,take care im sure you will be fine.tracy
