Personally i take a vitamin b complex in the morning, Omega 3 in the afternoon and Magnesium in the evening. I think the vitamin b complex has helped to calm down my nerves a little bit but hard to say for sure.

Thanks for this, how long have you been taking them and does your symptoms include scary thoughts and social anxiety? Much appreciated
For about a month, i have health anxiety so i suppose i do get scary thoughts about my health. Main symptom i have right now is fatigue but have a bunch of others too.
