Is it okay to take both Sertraline and caffeine?

I take 25mg of Sertraline daily (very low dose i know) but it helps me.

I also started drinking quite a lot of coffee, sometimes i also take a 100mg cafeďne pill, i like it too as it gives me some much needed energy.

Is it okay to combine these two? If i check online it says some interaction but i don't know how serious i should take this..

I am on sertraline and also drink cafienated coffee (sorry Nic) but I know if I drink too much and have too much cafiene then it makes anxiety so much worse.

There are so many other ways to get energy rather than a caffeine tablet..... what about a walk in the fresh air it will do just the same thing?

There is no point in taking the Sertraline to help you with your anxiety and then having lots of caffeine which causes the body to work really fast..... that is sure to cause anxiety which is what you are taking the Sertraline to help.

Not saying don't drink coffee, but maybe cut out the cafeine tablet, there isn't any need to take it.
