    Feel slightly better.

Hi last wk i was really down the worst in a while, still slightly but going to start making small changes to see how this will affect me in the long run. I have to do this. I no what anxiety feels like i no when i,m obsessing but to experience that bout of depression were it feels like it’s the end is bloody horrible BUT i got through it even though the extreme of it. I didn’t do anything but really i should force myself to at least do some exercise.

Best time to get into exercise routine is when you feel "better". It can be almost impossible when in depths of a depressive episode. Try walking at first rather than anything too intensive and strenuous. Are you on any meds?

    Glad you're feeling better anyway.

Yes on setraline i was doing 50 from 100 going back from early this year. My choice but informed my doctor at the time. But i do think i need to up it again which i am doing. At the doctors next wk will discuss the limit if i need to go further?. It is almost impossible your right to do anything when you feel like that, it’s horrible
