Question for ladies! Period worries

Hello!
I've been posting a lot of my fears over the past two weeks and most of them came from the fact that I suddenly got a low grade fever for 2 weeks that refused to go away, accompanied by terrible back and stomach pains.

The fever went away suddenly and I got my period. (After I did 3 blood tests and scared my GP with it of course.)

I am now worried because I'm on my third day and I still get some cramping, I have diarrhea and I also sometimes feel a bit dizzy/light headed/fatigued. And my back hurts, not just the lower back but even going up and towards the stomach.

Can all of these be triggered by this period? Because it is a pretty bad one, since it gave me a fever and two weeks before it, terrible cramps that made me pass out.

I am going to a gyno on monday but I don't know what to expect to be told, I am pretty sure I have some kind of hormonal disbalance that might need to be addressed :/

I have all of those problems with nearly every one of my periods... i also have anxiety so i freak out about it at times but at the end of the days it’s been that way for years and I’m still here so it can’t be too bad. If anything it could just be that you’re slightly anemic or maybe have endometriosis... i think that’s what it’s called
