Anxiety in the UK
Ive recently fallen down the rabbit hole with my BiPolar
Im trying to stay at work but my anxietal head is racing every day and Ive found that my memory is a fog. Im trying to stay at work, stay on my medication, try and work through things as I dont want another 3-4 months off like late 2017
Are there any hints / tips / stuff that helps folks to keep on keeping om
My GP and Therapist say that Im doing everything that they would: -
Mindfulness , CBT , Listening to Spoken Word, Exercise , Talking to my Boss keeping them looped in etc etc but with some of this stuff its fine for the moment but I dont get a lot of residual benefit
