Is there a theme going on here?

So I just decided I have had it whit these phobias I am sick of living in fear. I decided to write down all the phobias I have and face them for that they are.

    Achluphobia- Fear of darkness
Agoraphobia- Fear of being in trapped situations (gotten pretty bad)
    Lockiophobia- Fear of the night
Ornithophobia- Fear of birds (it's horrible had it for 10 years now)
Tocophobia- Fear of pregnancy (started the first time I got pregnant)
Somniphobia- Fear of being asleep (it's ruining me life and making my panic attacks worse)

Is there a pattern with the phobias? I wanna face what in me is really causing be to develop these phobias. Please tell me your thought!

I have so many phobias for so many years will try and list them have have so many its hard to remember them all.

Agrophobia can not leave the house alone at all.
Claustrophobia can not even shut my own bedroom or bathroom door
Scared of thunder storms heavy rain and bad wind and a new one come upon me last winter with the snow
Scared of the dark and power cuts have to have matches and a torch by the bed every night in case.

Sacred of eating which is globes hysterics
    Scared of being alone anywhere
    Scared of mice
Scared of taking any medication at all
    Scared of getting lost

I could go on it is a horrible thing to have to live with.

For many years I had a phobia of cats I think my mum passed this on to me.
Now I have 2 cats and love them so much I so want to get another one. They sleep on my bed and are my baby's.
The reason I got a kitten 8 years ago was that I keep t seeing a mouse in my old house and was so scared my mate give me a kitten as I was so scared and would not go home.
The first few weeks where really hard and I could not be left in the same room with the kitten but as the weeks went by I come to love her so much and I have totally overcome this phobia now.
In fact I have a cat in the area that come round most evening for a bite to eat and a cuddle and goes on his way.
I would have never thought this would be possible but it does prove to me phobias can be over come although I am not having much success with the other phobia as yet
