My mom is getting on my nervs

i can't deal with it anymore she just sleeps all day and watches tv and expects me to be all smiles. we always fight and i just feel like self harming even though i've never don't it i just don't know what to do with all these emotions inside....

Ya that's my issue too, like it's good to get emotions out but they are so overwhelming, and crying for hours does NOT make me feel better, it feels so pointless :(
Self harm only makes you feel better for a while, the scares and shame are not worth it.

What helps me the best is just hanging out with friends, enjoying their company, taking a break from the crap stuff that goes on at home
