HORRIBLE HEAD RUSH - WHY?

Hi

I have been feeling quite good lately. At work earlier i was just standing at the desk when all of a sudden i had this horrible head rush.

I did try and stay calm and it passed, but because i did get it i feel all panicky now and i feel spaced out.

Why does this anxiety do this to us? I was feeling good, not anxious so dont understand it.

when u say head rush dya mean lightheaded? i contstantly get this and i think the worst but YES its evil anxiety and it hits us even when we dont feel the need for it too.

Head rushes are very commom. I get them too.
