Throat feels really tight like it's swelling and closing up?

Does your throat ever feel like it swells up and you can't breathe?

When I was out before It felt like I was suffocating I had to go home now my chest hurts from the over breathing

Am going through exactly the same thing right now, plus it hurts at the front especially when I tilt my head back.

When it happens to me I normally curl up with a hot water bottle and a book or film just to distract me and it generally makes things a bit better! x
