    Counselling

So I just went to see my Doc. He let me have a few more Zopiclone for emergencies (yay!)

Could have done with one last night as I was awake from 1.00am onwards.

Anyway he has suggested a course of counselling for me - I have done the questionaire and he is arranging it for me. He was a bit shocked as I ticked the box "Have you ever thought you would be better off dead" and I had to explain to him I have never actually thought about actively pursuing it, just feel sometimes when I am awake at 3.00am I would prefer not to be here.

Anyway, I am rambling, will the counselling help?

That's good you got a few extra pills to tie you over. I am sure the council will be of great help for you go for it and see what comes of it.

    Re: Counselling

Yay to counselling, I really think any kind of therapy, especially when on the NHS is a godsend, embrace it, use it to help get you better with an open mind and just see it as another great step to becoming better.

Let us know how you get on!!!
