    Can I Split Mirtazapine 30mg?

    Hello

I'm just curious as to whether or not it is ok to split 30mg Mirtazapine tablets? They have the incision on the tablet to help with halfing them. Anyone have any experience of this? Many thanks.

Yes, as long as your doctor knows what dosage you're on and why you're doing it.

I was instructed to split some 30mg when I was tapering off as I didn't have any 15mg tablets.
