as ive said before, im new to this, ive only recently began getting recurring panic attacks & im just feeling REALLY tired & sick & achey & just down in the dumps V_V

wondering, what relaxes you during a panic attack or even just when you're feeling run down from what you've been experiencing?

would a nice, slow walk by yourself help at all? any other idea's?

also, was going to go to the beach, yes, by myself, but i am quite socially... weird... o.e so idk really, plus it's far, nd i don't wanna end up having a big panic attack screaming 'help im dying.' :l anyone live near me who is up for the beach or even just shopping? O.o
