new to the site

Hi everyone,
I thought I should introduce myself.
My name is Michele and I have just turned 40 and for a couple of years now I have been suffering with health anxiety.
Mainly cancers and it is so nice to find a website like this where you can share your thoughts.
I have done the g.p bit, where I feel that Im the only patient, because everyone knows me very well and also looking up websites for different illlnesses.
Im a born worrier and I really need to help myself, get out of it.
So hoping this would help!

Welcome...Im sure you will find lots of info on here and support i can tell you this from my own experience is to stop looking up illnesses im tellin you this cause i did and i got myself all worked up and at my docs i feel the same they all know me..and tellin me its just long term stress.so i wish you all the best.........Linda[8D]
