tight heavy chest

hiya, i have had a tight chest for the last few days now, it also feels like my tummy is really tight and these two symptoms are making me want to take deep breathes all the time to get that full lung feeling,
what could this be? any help out there please?

Hi and welcome, I am sure its like Ceecee said just another one of many, very common symptoms of anxiety. I dont think there are many with anxiety who dont get this symptom, Its hard but try and keep bussy and keep your mind of it as the more you focus on a symptom the stronger it gets. hi there i get this all the time......like you cant get a full breath-its like a restriction, a heavy tight feeling...im sure its anxiety has i have had heart tests etc and all say ok-just anxiety...i cant beleive how our brains can make us feel!!!
best thing is to lie down and relax until the feeling passes
