Andrea (honeybee3939) needs a success post but I can't convince her to do one so I am doing it for her

Today she had a fab day and went to Tesco's at the busiest time for the first time in years! With no anxiety no nothing !

She has been doing lots of fabs things recently but is too shy to post but I am not too shy to post for her.

Well done Andrea - you are doing so well and achieving so much and I am chuffed for you.[Wow!]

And thankyou everyone for your kind replies, im realy pleased with what i have achieved today, the last few weeks i have been going to Tescos with my keyworker to buy one item pay for it then leave, things have gone well so today we decided to buy a few things, well....a few things ended up a trolley full of xmas shopping! No anxiety, No panic, and i actually enjoyed it ! Its given me so much pleasure to think i was able to actually go buy presents from a store for my loved ones, something i havent been able to do for many years, because of my Agorophobia, i have come on leaps and bounds over the last year, and i cant thank you all enough for all your support and kind words.

Its been along hard battle, one that i could never imagine i could beat, but i am and i know you all can too !
