Anxiety really high today!! Woke up crying hysterically and having a panic attack!! Feel really low and upset and anxious and I've got a nightshift tonight! Really not feeling too good :-(

Sorry you're feeling so bad. Think about what you could do that calms you down and makes you feel better. I know we're all different but I like to indulge myself and give myself some extra TLC when I'm feeling low. Chocolate, flowers, a nice long bath, a funny movie.
A good walk outdoors helps too. Do you have anyone to talk to? Sometimes just chatting to someone, not about your anxiety but about anything and everything, can distract your mind enough to help you calm down.
