Head zaps

Now I've had these when withdrawing from anti-depressants but not otherwise until now.......I finished on citalopram months ago. Last night I developed a temperature and have a lurgy thing but have the most dreadful head zaps like I'm withdrawing from citalopram.

I'm worried as to what they are now.....
