    anyone with dp/dr like to chat

    just wondered ifanyone sufferingwith derealistaion or depersonalisation would like to chat. suffering bad tday

    uhh yah me too the only thing that is helping is to keep busy, doing things i like, and having a schedule. I've had the feeling for about 3 weeks, and it's just sooo scary.
