Choking Feeling And Other Weird Symptoms!!

I keep getting very weird and scary symptoms!
All day everyday for the past few days i keep having this feeling like someone has their hand tight around my throat and that im going to choke to death any minute!
Also feel like im not breathing at all still!
I have been feeling very weak and tired alot recently as well even though i am sleeping quite well!
The feeling that i am choking and not breathing is almost 24/7 can anxiety cause it for this long all day everyday?

Yes, it can cause this long term feeling of choking and problems with breathing. The reality is that you are breathing fine and your throat is ok too - its just a feeling.

This problem is very common amongst anxiety sufferers. As Meg says, you are breathing just fine, it just feels like you aren't..
