    Feeling real shaky

Hi,everyone..Sorry i dont post more on here but i find myself to get alittle overwhelmed if i dwell to much on anxiety/panic attacks. This morning when i woke up,i felt extremly shaky and kinda nauseated"but not panicky".I didnt feel like i was having a anxiety/panic attack .It was kinda weird .Not sure if this is a form of anxiety or what .Maybe this is a form of withdrawl, low blood sugar or just a bad morning.I took my blood pressure to see if all looked normal and it was perfect.ive been cutting back alot on my ativan but i would think if that was the cause .I would have felt more panicky and not shaky. I know none here is a doctor but any uselful information would be highly appreciated .Thanks ,

    hi Justin,

Feeling shaky and nauseated are two of the most common side-effects of anxiety. I get them quite often even when I don't feel panicky or particularly anxious. Are you feeling better now?
