got my results

hi all got my mri results on the 22nd when i went to see the nuro, the lytic lession turned out to be a cyst in my bone which they think i was born with, they booked another mri in a year just to make sure its not getting any bigger, and the test for MS was negative, so all good there, im still really worried about these twitches deffo feel better this past week, but still waking up in the nite, and having a few of these breathing episode where i feel like i cant breath but i can, if that makes sense, lol
im just concerned about these twitches been trying to stay off the old google, Mnd als still comes to mind, i have lost weight and some size, but i have not really been eating like i did or training like i did and have not been taking any steroids, and been stressing of course, the twitching seems to be in my legs alot round my knees and thighs and like buzzing weird it was in my left bicep yesterday and left lat, i could feel it with my other hand, i have no physical weakness, the nuro gave me an examination did reflexes, and other things told him my concern about als mnd, he said i dont have it,!!!! i said can i have a test EMG he said honestly you dont need one, he said the guy who does it would think he was stupid if i refered me, he seemed confident, i really wanted to have one, just to find out, im looking out for weakness everyday, its driving me mad, any advise guys, i had some great advice off itoldyouiwasill he really helped, im just wondering, in rare cases it says it can start with breathing, and other thing, but its halmark is weakness, although i dont have that, i have the twitches and the loss of muscle size, really confused about this all,

Actually, I have read that some people start with breathing, but that tends to be in the much older patients. Benign twitches can cause all kinds of sensations, including buzzing... and it can be brought on by anxiety. The weird thing is that the twitches aren't bothering me since I got my clear EMG. It is just my speech and stiffness in my hands that are bothering me, but I keep telling myself that the clean neurological exam and emg shows that I don't have anything. The doctor I saw was a specialist. I think the body just takes a long time to heal from anxiety. He did the same thing with an MRI. He didn't think I needed any more tests, due to a clean neuro exam.

i heard this 2, about the breathing thats why it worried me, but i have posted in a als forum and they said it would be constant i would not have good and bad days i would be short of breath which im not, on exercise to which im not either, weak cough and trouble when lied flat, i wish i didnt read it now, and as rare as als mnd is in young people it would be really rare to start with breathing,
