Hi
Has anyone tried this and to what outcome? I've started taking 1g of pure EPA fish oil for depression anxiety panic etc. a week ago. I've read alot about it and the studies on it sound promising. This week though my anxiety has got worse.I know it takes along time to get into your system ( 3 months ) but people have had good response after 2 weeks,and it may be me reacting to taking things again, but has anyone benefited from it? It has got alot of other health benefits as well.

If you scroll down to the bottom of he screen there are "similar threads" and I see there are a few about fish oil so it will be worth reading them as well
