    Smile Feeling good!

I'm not sure if I can fully park myself in the 'success stories' category just yet, but the past week has been perfect.

I hesitate to say it, because perhaps I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is down to not eating wheat. My Dad is intolerant and I've had stomach problems for over 12 years now, and so far I've been feeling better this week than I have all year. I caught a train from a station I'd never been to before, went to the pub with my friends (didn't drink, but I'm happy to be T-Total), went shopping alone for 4 hours and so far I haven't made any excuses to not eat up the table with my family.

Quite simply, things are looking up and I'm excited about the future Got a 3hr train journey next Monday and instead of being nervous I'm just excited to see my boyfriend...the way it should be! I'd say I owe it all to YOU GUYS!, healthy food, sorting out intolerances and (most of all) counseling. The book 'No More Anxiety' by Gladeana McMahon has helped me lots too. Thank you all so much for helping me, through awfully low times and making me laugh during the good.

    Thank you, all of you!

Diane - I get the train every fortnight to see him, but I've been nervous every time I've done it since December. Still, I've learnt to appreciate it - I would have kept avoiding public transport if I didn't want to see him!

Kate - thanks you are a great friend too and an inspiration!

    xx

    Hi Lucy,

A huge well done to you! You should be very proud of all you have accomplished. If you are intolerant to wheat it may be the glutent, they can test for these sorts of things so you can truly know. They thought I had it and my son too but we didn't. If you look on the internet there are tons of recipies for glutent intolerant people. Good luck!

    Love,

    Laura
