    sugar > nausea

I noticed that the last couple of months I've been unable to tolerate anything sweet - chocolate, cookies, even sugar-containing drinks, they make me nauseous /especially if I haven't eaten anything before that/. I prefer salty and spicy food, which is weird because I used to love sweet things. I started worrying that I might be developing diabetes or something like that. Do you think I should get myself tested or could it be anxiety-related? [8)]

When we are acutely anxious it does affect how your body processes sugar.

Try following the GI diet for 3 weeks and see if you feel any better.

I hope you have had a baseline checkup with your doctor anyway where a blood profile will already have been done .

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
