Hi all, I used to be able to get into chat but now I get an error where it says it may be behind a firewall but nothing has changed on my laptop for ages. Has anybody else had a similar problem?

aint had that prob - is java and stuff like that up to date?

Reinstall the latest version of java and if it still doesn't work go under the tools icon at the top of your window, select options and then select content. Make sure there is a check next to enable Java.
See if that helps and if not post here and we can go from there
