hi there, been reading what you have been answering my questions and other questions. please tell me what is cpn and cbt? please tell me more about no more panic recovery course and working from home. I am trying kleeneze, but am finding it not easy as i would rather stay indoors all day. is there any other work i can do from home? yes, i do need to work as my passport states that i have no access to public funds as i am originally from south africa. i have been talking to my psychiatrist and he is trying to tell me that i also have emotionally unstable personality disorder and borderline impulsive disorder. is there anyone with these disorders? if you do please tell me more about it. Hi michelle-lee

A CPN is a community psychiatric nurse and just one member of the team which makes up the local community mental health service.

CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy - see the information on the home pages here.

Have a look at the No Panic site for more details about the telephone recovery course.
