Hi there - I had a hair analysis done at a laboratory and it turns out I am very low in magnesium and zinc and I need to cut down on milk, take up soya milk and eat more protein as I eat 90% refined carbohydrates and little protein. I eat fish, beef, nuts and seeds every day as well as loads of veges so am at a loss what to do but they did say that Magnesium and B6 help keep you calm and help with anxiety. Anyone else any ideas or advice on this please? Thanks.Love wenjoy x
