Some of us suffer from nausea with our anxiety. [xx(]

As Meg very rightly pointed out, sitting around and thinking about it only makes things ten times worse. [^] But if you feel sick, it's sometimes hard to get ups and do things.

I have found the following things can dispel the nausea so I can "get up and go", and start to feel better.

1. Motilium 10 - available over the counter, relieves nausea and bloating
2. Charcoal tablets - available from the health food shop. These relieve nausea, dispepsia, heart burn, diarrohea. (BEWARE - these can make your pooh black the next day, so if you do take them, please don't think you've suddenly developed bowel cancer when you next pay a visit!)
3. Nibbling a biscuit (particularly if you're hungry and nauseaous at the same time) Cream crackers, digestives, ginger nuts and the new digestives with lemon and ginger are very good.
4. Antacid tablets or liquid
5. Peppermint tea and ginger tea
6. Avoid fried and fatty foods
7. Stop or reduce smoking
8. And of course - eat healthily, regularly, little and often and drink plenty of water.

Hope this helps some of you!
