I have started to recover from my depression and anxiety. When I started writing this guide I was in a very bad situation. Most of what is in the guide was learned the hard way. Reading it reminds me of my darker days and that can be a bit harrowing for me, so it is very difficult for me to update the guide at this moment in time.

When I feel a bit stronger I will come back to update it. Hopefully other people will continue to find hope from it.
