Ive only just thought about it but I guess I end up alone when having a panic because I feel the need to get away from wherever I am at the time, so anyone who is with me has to sort of catch up with me. Ive been known to get off trains and buses in the middle of an attack and leave my poor daughter behind looking quite bewildered..the need to get away happens so quickly. Then she had to scramble to follow me! This was when she was in her teens by the way not as a little'un Thankfully these panics don't happen now, though I do have to take a deep breath some days before going outside, but mostly I think i'm getting better...there are definately more good days than bad.
