Just wondered if anyone has any tips to help me deal with the physical symptoms of the anxiety??????

I understand what i am feeling is all down to anxiety but i cant seem to get this message through to the rest of my body

I use the breathing technique quite alot - in to a count of four and out to a count of 8. Just wondered if anyone could suggest anything to get rid of the shakey feeling - it just doesnt seem to go away - i jog to try and use up the adrenalin but it just doesnt seem to want to go away and this is whats making the anxiety stick around.
