Okay so over the past few weeks i have been having hypnotherapy for my anxiety and depression.

In the last 3 weeks i have done the following :

Been to the town to see friends - did this 3 times

Organzied my college forms and rang tutors by myself - my mum usually does it for me but i did it

Went into shops that were hot and controlled any anxious feelings - usually i would run away

Booked the dog in for his hair cut !

Booked a meal for my family

Went and got my picture taken for my provisonal license

Gave out 10 CV's and started looking for a job


Ive done more things in the past three weeks than i have in the past three months! I feel awesome and yeah

All ive taken is KALMS and drank lots of water. Hypnotherapy seems to be doing the trick!

Ive never felt better....of course i get my down days but im putting it down to the fact im a hormonal teenager thats just growing and finding herself
