Hi all. I have been suffering panic attacks for 5 years. For first 3 yrs DRs thought it was IBS. This only happens when I'm in social situations. I am about to go away with my partner and friends and have been sick with worry for the past two days. I have just had citalopram increased to 60mg although I'm not convinced this will help. I'm scarred I'll get sick but my attacks are what's making me sick! I have tried CBT and hypnotherapy neither have helped. I'm 30 and feel I have no control over my mind or body
