blood when blowing nose

I've been getting this for many years now, so it can't be anything serious in my case. Left nostril only. The taste of blood isn't very nice. Everyone says I blow my nose too much and too hard. It's probably a wee burst blood vessel.

I'm just wondering is part of your ocd constantly blowing your nose?
Because I have this right now, and it's creating a barrier to me making any progress with anything, and hurts me from the inside very badly, like a desperate feeling. It creates a lot of tension and nerves in me, with a fear that drips into me internally.

I would just like to know please if you suffer in the same way or similar?
