    I don't think that women are either more capable or happier to live without it, I just think that like anything else it has to be something that fulfills the needs of the person!
    If it doesn't feel comfortable because of lack of self esteem or the relationship the person is in isn't secure enough that they feel they can surrender to sexual feelings then it just isn't going to be a great experience!

    Sex makes you feel loved, warm, comforted, wanted and fulfilled (if you're doing it right) so YES it helps xxx

    Joking aside, it's very important to always tell your wife/partner you love them after sex.

    We are always being informed by experts and magazine articles that sex is a good form of exercise but answer me this: why is it not available at my local gym?
