    avoidence

    Hi,
please could someone advise me on what would be the best therapy for avoidence behaviour?

I have been thinking about getting some therapy for a while, but there are so many different types of therapy that i dont know what would be the right thing to try.

Ive heard of cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic therapy, but which one of these,or any other therapy,is the best for avoidence?

    Thanks

Probably CBT at a guess . I am having it just now and im doing something called exposure therapy , where you introduce yourself to feared situations gradually.
I think these things are trial and error , i had hynotherapy before and never helped me , iv'e never tried NLT. So far cbt seems to be good for me , good luck
