Must admit Andrew i think you're being an utter dick, Anxiety isnt something people wish to have... Recently i've had trrational fears about being poisoned by the food i eat
That isn't anxiety causing you to think that you are being poisoned by the food you eat, it's you thinking that, that is causing the anxiety, therefore you must have deeper psychological fears
and to those who say im being a "dick" I'm not really bothered, it comes to a point where it's an anxiety forum and then it becomes silly, you'll have people saying a broken nail has entered their bloodstream and forced the blood to build up forcing a clot to break off and go to their lungs, i'm sorry but a grown man worrying about swallowing a bit of fork the size of a full stop needs to wise up, it's not anxiety, it's just attention seeking or down right forum trolling
as the "me being irrational about my MS fears" not really considering I'd alot of the symptoms to MS, it's not really being irrational is it?
Maybe some people on here need a reality check.. It's nothing to do with anxiety, some people just need to grow up. Seriously...
Andy
It was your rudeness that caused this conflict.
I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself unless you have something constructive to say.
"It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice". Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself and you won't go far wrong.
